People running around without shirts on, people leave weights laying around, sinks dont work, soap dispensers dont work, equipment is broken. People take up benches with bags, sweaters, water bottles, sit around on machines on cell phones. Workers do nothing, extremely lazy, condescending, dismissive of all concerns. You get what you pay for here, look elsewhere.

Stuff in here is very rude and quite disrespectful they have a lack of customer service that needs to be addressed. My mask fell off while I was doing my workout and one of the customer service people came around and was quite rude and disrespectful and told me if I didn't put it on that he would throw me out. Later on I informed him that I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to he was speaking to me and that he worked the customer service job and need to learn to talk to customers better than him and a manager started to threaten to cancel my membership after I complain about the way they're talking to their customers. It's supposed to be a judgment free zone but yet you're persecuted and talked down to if you complain about the way they're speaking to you or treating you.

Overall the gym has potential but truly lacking care and attention bathrooms stay out of service machines constantly out of service not to mention they don’t even have a leg press ! Manteca PF has a leg press this was a new location comm on guys ! Needless to say membership expires soon won’t be renewed

Whoever thought letting high schoolers work out for free during the Summer at an already well packed gym needs to be fired. I get the concept, but all I see is groups of 3-4 hogging machines and chit chatting. The crowd meter is waaaay off too. If I wasn’t getting married this Fall I would have cancelled the week after signing up no joke.
