Waaay too hot in here, not enough dehumidifiers on, cramped space, not enough squat racks or cable machines.

The AC works everywhere in this place. The sauna is very roomy and nice. Too bad the steam room is out of order.

Very stuffy and hot in the gym. No clear crisp air like other gyms. Not much equipment except the cardio room. Weight room equipment is so outdated it's almost embarrassing.

If you have the 24 hour access and come outside of normal hours, it isn’t too crowded. Otherwise it gets pretty tight in here.

The facility is nice but they close for cleaning several times during, what I consider, prime workout times. I really don't believe the gym gets cleaned during those times. I haven't seen it,, at least. The reduced hours, especially on weekends, is disheartening to me as a military member who would like to use the gym when I get off work but am not able to, due to the new hours. It's very frustrating.

Nice place. With COVID, only a few cardio machines are open, and they are closed from 1000-1100 and 1500-1600 daily for cleaning. Would be better if they cleaned first thing in the morning before opening, then around lunchtime or early afternoon so customers wouldn't be impacted as much. I wish the dry sauna was open!!!!!

You can get after hours access for the main gym (not the annex/CrossFit building), just talk to the front desk. It's a bit tight inside, especially the free weights side room, it's very packed from 3-5 every weekday, they should definitely expand that section. There should also be more calisthenics areas. Otherwise, great facility.

Not very crowded at all. Plenty of machines on the first floor. There's a heavy and a speed boxing bag in the basketball court that are still in good shape. My only suggestion would be to get rid of some of the machines that don't get use to make some more space in the gym. It seems like there's quite a lot packed into a limited space.
