Went here for 6 + months. I enjoyed my time there. They could use a bit more 1 on 1 training for newbies like me though, but they offer plenty of classes. It's mostly Boxing & Wrestling but other classes like BJJ & Kickboxing are randomly offered.

Horrible service! I called to get information for my kid and the owner answer the phone and she was really rude and unprofessional. I am not sure how can she run a bussiness with her ugly attitude.I asked her how many coaches they have and she replied right away “ are you more interesting on the quantity vs quality?” I told her I boxed for many years before and it actually helps to know the ratio on coaches to students to assure they are getting the best training specially if you have never practice boxing before. I asked her again and she avoid my question and reply “it depends on the day you go” I asked her to perhaps give me and idea on how many students and how many coaches they have on Thursdays and she avoided my question and said “ I suggest you look somewhere else” and she hang up. I don’t recommend this place at all.
