First time going to the GYM it's a lil small but it’s got plenty of machines to have a good workout, they're under construction right now, massage chairs not available

Shame on this location!First off unprofessional staff :( they’re ALWAYS talking to each other and never acknowledging people coming in and out of the gym. Multiple times I have came here and all of their backs are turned to you and they just carry on with their conversations. No smile no welcoming you back not even able to address you by your name?!! Bad customer service. Even the managers here are unprofessional and rude & even worst then their front desk team...Secondly the atmosphere here is very low everyone here is disgusting and on their phones! Taking up space for people that actually want to workout.The gym space in general is not well thought out and is very small & unlike other Planet Fitness locations there are no locks on the lockers...My husband & I never coming to this location again.

The place has gone from bad to worse. They are so-called innovating. In the process, half of the place is closed out, bathrooms are closed down, machines are taken down. But what they did now is inexcusable - they took out water fountain. I hope somebody passes out and sues them. How is it even legal?

No friendly people, including the staff. Environment is horrible, the gym is so ghetto its ridiculous!!! especially the parking arrangement and the people around. Always bums hanging out outside. The gym is not clean ive seen brokenequipment for weeks on end. You hardly ever see the staff cleaning Not to mention the bathroom's reak like urine! If I didn't have to I wouldn't come here but I don't have too much of a choice. I know there's one close by in riverside. But can't drive that far right now. Absolutely unfortunate! They gave it a 4.3 rating "trust me" not even close! And it's funny because planet fitness will return almost each and every post saying we're sorry this We're sorry that we're gonna do this or that. Or whatever it is that they say, I briefly read a couple of their posts. They do nothing absolutely nothing about the reviews they received. They simply just don't care!!!! And thats the Truth read the rest of the post majority of the post are very negative!!! WOW planet fitness really!!! You who owns this gym reflex ur true character and heart! Do the community a favor Sell the gym to someone who really cares.!!!The Chosen
