I’ve been training with Noelle and she is the ABSOLUTE best. She has this nice sweet demeanor meanwhile she has you lifting and doing workouts you’ve never accomplished before. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in decades working out with her.

Wow! This gym is so great, I haven’t been here in a while but I was received with open arms by Danna and Noah. They made me feel welcomed. It gave me the motivation to come back tomorrow and step on my grind!!!

I have been with Fitness 19 since all other gym closed during the height of the Covid 19 pandemic back in 2020. I loved the gym so much that I bought a life time membership soon afterwards! This gym has been a real blessing ever since as I have consistently been able to achieve and maintain my fitness goals! More importantly, I been able to stay fit and healthy in the later years of my life! The staff is one of the best parts of my experience daily! Always pleasant, friendly and very helpful daily! Vincent is the main employee that I interact with on a regular basis. Vincent always greets me with friendly attitude and encouraging demeanor! You can tell it is sincere and genuine! I appreciate that! I love Fitness 19 for its price, equipment and great staff!
