This place has had one problem after the next this year. Pool closed for several weeks because ceiling material fell into it. Then jacuzzi was broken for a few weeks. Now the hot water doesn't work and you can't shower. It's takes forever for them to fix things.

The gym is cool but avoid that sauna. You'll suffer a pine sol death. Chest and eyes burn within seconds of entering.

If I could give this gym negative stars I would. They signed me up for training services and never once reached out to me about scheduling services. I’ve called and texted the “head trainer” and they claim they’ll call me to schedule services not once did they. The manager Juan who signed me up at the time said I’d be on MONTH TO MONTH. When I attempted to cancel because no one ever reached back out to me about scheduling training services they said I’d owe $900 to just cancel. They give out false advertisement and do not care about their members. Their customer services is the absolute worse. They also altered documents stating I used the training services which I never did. They lie and scheme their guests. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Been going for about 2 months now. I go at about 730 to beat the rush hour, it's usually not too bad but still can be extremely busy.Dbs are never in the right place, but honestly I don't mind. I usually find what I need. Machines are usually available when I need them, unless someone is taking forever. In that case, I'll do something else till they are done.Over all not bad. At first some machines broken for a week, but haven't seen that since.

This gym has a really nice set-up, but it doesn’t matter if it’s slow, or busy, they never have any of the weights for women available! You can’t find anything under 30 lbs in dumbbells or over 30 in barbells. Get more weights in these sizes, please!

Amazing gym! Have been coming here since I moved to the area. Tried the other gyms but this one just hits different. The machines and the environment together make it worth while! The new weight racks are so sick!!

Pics speak for themselves. No this is not a one off. This gym is dirty and disgusting. Staff always acts shocked and says someone will clean it or it's busy. Don't believe them and don't get a membership here. If anything, go to the riverside location. Besides kids club the staff is usually talking or playing on personal laptops. Most of their trainers don't even rerack equipment. The members don't either because it's not enforced or encouraged. Staff uses this as a reason to not pick up it's comical and a display of blatant laziness. They've been missing equipment forever and says they will replace and they won't. I've been here almost a year so I have a good grasp of this place.

The current owner or branch manager brings a huge boom box in the evening which blasts music that’s way too loud I can hear it through my earbuds. It’s the most annoying and unprofessional thing a gym can do. I don’t want to hear your music over the music that’s playing right in my eardrum.
