I started training with John a little over a month ago and it’s been awesome. He truly cares about my well being, yet also pushes me to achieve my goals. The constant positivity and push has been highly rewarding. The overall vibe is great and the training equipment exceeded my expectations. Stop thinking about it and just do it, 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

I've been training with John for about six months now. He definitely motivates you to keep pushing even when you're ready to give up. He is always finding new and better ways for you to reach your fitness goals while still making it fun to do the workouts. He gave me a diet plan and also workout plans to do even at home. Definitely worth training at Skruzrlus Fitness because you will get the results you are looking for while also having fun!

I work out with John twice a week. He made me a plan so I can also workout at home too. He changes my routine up so it doesn't get boring. I hate to exercise but John has a great personality and he challenges me and makes the workout fun. The time passes by quickly.
