I met Rachel online when covid struck. I have continued to train with her for two years, all online, and she is so amazing! She knows how to supplement my boxing training, how to read what I need at each session, and her commitment and sense of humor make training so effective and as much fun as it can be. Rachel is an amazing coach! After a couple years of struggling from a not so good experience in “figure” competition, I found myself again thanks to her. I got back on track and have a better mindset when it comes to food and working out. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and confidence since working with Rachel!
