I needed that push and found it at Burn Boot Camp! The trainers are great and help you get it done no matter what shape or injury you may have. I really enjoy my workouts and finally look forward to tomorrow’s burn!

Burn is a friendly community of like minded people who lift you up and help hold you accountable. They are patient with me and my 2 and 4 year old boys- even when they had separation anxiety. Now we all look forward to going to camp!

My sister-in-law basically dragged me into Burn kicking and screaming. It’s a year later, and now I go 5 days a week. I look forward to MY time at camp with the amazingly motivating trainers. Thank you Burn for giving me such a positive environment to be better. This year has been transformative, and I look forward to another great year of big changes both mentally and physically. PS: camp times are great, my children love the free childcare, and the music is always on point!UPDATE: still here and loving every minute! On year 2 with no end in sight! Now it’s more like 6 days a week! I can’t get enough!

Burn Boot Camp has transformed my mind, body, and soul! The positive and welcoming environment and energy from trainers, staff, and other members is motivating and a breath of fresh air! Trainers and your “burn sisters” lift each other up and want to see you reach your goals. The workouts vary daily so you never get bored or feel like you’re in a plateau. The workouts are incredibly inclusive and adaptable to all fitness levels and those with an injury. I have been a member of Burn for 4 years now and cannot imagine my life without this amazing community!

Burn MTP rocks! I love the 45-min workouts; I love the women I work out with; I love the encouragement from the trainers AND my burn sisters; and most of all, I love that after years of working out 6 days a week, there continues to be new exercises, new camp structures and new challenges for me! I crave variety in my workouts; I get strength, cardio, athletic conditioning, agility and endurance all in one gym.

I’ve been to all of the top fitness programs in the area as a social media fitness “influencer,” and Burn is my first recommendation for women that want a supportive, inclusive, challenging (but still great for beginners) environment! It’s amazing for men, too, but they take extra care to make women feel empowered. The child care provided during classes itself is an example of that!

I LOVE Burn! I have been a member for almost 3 years and the old saying time flies when your having fun is so true! It feels like I started yesterday! It does not matter what your fitness level is come in and try it! Please don’t be intimidated! This is the most challenging and supportive place I’ve ever worked out! Kalene and Stephanie are wonderful trainers! This will be one of the best decisions you can make for yourself! I am 49 years old and get to the gym with the rooster crew at 5:30 am at least 4 days a week and I am far from “athletic” but I am stronger than ever! The time to start is now! Come bleed blue with the rest of us! You will not regret it! 💙

The workouts are the best! Burn is for everybody, those starting a exercise regimen for the very first time and life long “gym rats” like myself. I showed up at Burn in pretty good shape - I was mainly looking for a time efficient workout and amazing childcare - I found both! What I didn’t expect was how much STRONGER I would become! Two months in I am lifting heavier than I ever have before and have zero joint and muscle pain.

By far my favorite way to start the day! Our trainers know just how to push you to keep moving, even when you're ready to give up on yourself! I love our Burn community and am so thankful for the friendships I've made at Burn!! It is the BEST workout and you won't regret signing up!
