Fantastic experience at the facility. I had a 1 hour massage with Jill, it was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable experience, can’t recommend this enough.

Highly recommend this gym. Every staff member is awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. I used to struggle to get into a good workout routine, but now I look forward to working out with the Personal Performance team every week!

I suffer from orthopedic birth defects and have been to a dozen physical therapist over the years without positive results. Then I found Jamie and Personal Performance. I can’t express in words how grateful I am to finally have someone who knows what they are doing and truly wants to help.I feel as though I could achieve anything now and truly don’t know what I would do without them.

I have been working with trainers at Personal Performance for the past 3 years. The program planned for me has included balance, weight training, flexibility, and core development. This program has uniquely met my goals for maintaining and developing strength and mobility for a woman of my age (81 years!). I think what I have appreciated the most is the adaptations made as necessary with each session. “Back aching today? - We can work around that.” “Muscle pull with this exercise? - try it with this adjustment.” In addition to the actual work with Eoghan and Adriaan, I have experienced great fun and laughter,. I have always felt appreciated for my efforts - a great motivation to continue with training! Eoghan and Adrianne have a passion for training to meet the goals of their clients. I live Rheumatoid Arthritis training with them has helped my condition tremendously. If you live with an autoimmune condition that attacks the joints, pain and stiffness... train with Personal Performance. Exercise is crucial for people with arthritis. It increases strength and flexibility, reduces joint PAIN, and helps combat fatigue.
