I love the support and motivation from the coaches. I have enjoyed Sydney and Reagan and their encouragement. I have been motivated by the visuals given after each workout on the computer screen. Having an appointment keeps me accountable which is not always the case at a gym when working out on my own. The facility is very clean and well organized. I would and have recommended this program to friends.Itβs been 3 months since this review and I would like to add that I am seeing results in the way my clothes fit, with my stamina and my strength. Thank you Reagan and Sydney for your encouragement and support!ππ

It only takes me 20 min a session, two times a week. Their training programs possess the best available scientific evidence, and the strength training technology that works without killing yourself in a gym for hours and hours wasting energy and no results.After my knee surgery, strength training have improved my quality of life and ability to do everyday activities protecting my joints from injury. Building muscle also has helped me to effectively burn more calories and have better balance. The more muscle tone you have, the higher your metabolism will become. This whole team is absolutely incredible! They are always positive, energetic and supportive. I love coming here to exercise. I feel stronger with this new idea to me of exercising with no strained muscles, no twisting or pulled muscles, just exercises that make a difference in my muscles and tone. Thank you so much!!

My mother (age 101) and I both work out at The Exercise Coach. We love that Thomas and Regan make it fun and challenging β and efficient. We are both seeing great results (in a short period of time). I also love that you can see your progress on the screen. Itβs also immaculate β has none of the gym sweatiness feel. Iβve had other trainers, but this is the best!

I have been using Exercise Coach for 6 months. The staff is so knowledgeable and they keep me injury free while helping me get progressivity stronger. I have the ability to run p the stairs, haul a 40 pound bag of dog food, and easily lift my grandson as he grows!
