Every time I come to the GYM the TV on the treadmills don’t work I enjoy watching the news as I exercise it keeps me distracted and motivated, this is also the only blink facility that I see this happening, the one predominantly all black establishment please address this situation as soon as possible.

Terrible customer service. Was told I would get a call back from the manager and never did. I canceled my membership over a month ago and had to pay over $100 just to cancel it. Just to then find out they didn’t cancel it and are still charging me monthly. Told me to call various people who I already had been on the phone with and have still received no help.

This gym has a lot of members. A few people are machine hogs - holding up more than one machine or sitting at one machine without using it for over 15 minutes. It stays packed. Staff keeps the gym relatively clean. They need to return the weight scales they had in the bathrooms and the water fountains.
