I like that they allow to take showers after your workout but they need to make sure people are considerate of those that have allergies.

Everyone was friendly. Gaston was especially nice and helpful. I like going because of how nice the people are and how clean it is!

I went in to cancel my membership in person while my account was in green. But the front desk worker failed to put that detail in and now I’m in the red and Planet Fitness keeps charging my account. I now owe a lot because of a worker’s mistake.

My home gym is in Anderson but I work in Muncie and it seems it's not easy to take advantage of the black card perks if you don't use your home gym? None of the associates know what to do and it makes it uncomfortable.

Asked NUMEROUS times when they are going to repair the broken benches and nothing happens, they take your money timely just can’t maintain a their gym as timely, and with a shortage it makes feee weight work impossible at a busy hour ! And why they would ask me to contact them is beyond me FIX YOUR ADJUSTABLE BENCHES ITS SIMPLE !!! Smh

The equipment is good & its definitely a judgement free zone. The only thing I don't like is it gets so busy in the evenings that a lot of time there's a wait because almost all of the equipment is in use.

You know when when people come there you're supposed to give them guidance and you guys didn't really do that especially newcomers you need to do that more because otherwise you're being very rude to them especially when you're supposed to show them around as well and you did not do that I seen that quite a few different times today

I love PF. I have always felt that there is no need to be self conscious in the space as there are folks of all ages, sizes, shapes present in the gym. There is a variety of equipment and it all has instructions on the machines on exactly how to use them.

Planet fitness is a fun place to exercise, it's clean, has lots of great fitness machines and massage chairs and beds, plus plenty of the latest suntan beds and stand ups. The staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly.
