Over all not a bad place to get a decent workout in. They have changed their hours and aren't even 24/5 anymore when they should be 24/7 to begin with, they close daily. The biggest thing here is they use to have really nice stands that held paper towel, spray bottles and trash cans. It looks that they wanted a cheap replacement and just went to Walmart and got cheap trash cans and then are now using command strip hooks to hang the spray bottles on that break very often and then the bottle just hangs on the trash can. Price for black card has went up but they replace things with cheap things.

ShamefulThis place started out great! But then when This older Air Force Vietnam veteran started complaining about people parking in handicap spaces and handicap lines where vans are suppose to put their lifts out the staff got upset with me thinking I was telling them how to do their job, well I stopped telling them then I put a fake/funny parking violation yellow slip on someone's car that was in a lined handicap ♿️ space that didn't even have a handicap plate or placard, that's when they decide to cancel my membership without a warning or even giving me a second chance. I apologized and said it wouldn't happen again and told them that I was just upset about people parking in the handicap zones illegally, and some of them were young kids. Shameful very!!! Shameful!!!One staff member told me that the yellow ticket I put on a person's windshield was a retired Sherrif. Well then, don't you think that person should've known better? I said!!! Also the staff there don't seem to smile very much. Unfriendly and no warnings before canceling membership. I feel they should've given me a second chance instead of just canceling? But I think one of the staff members had a personality conflict with me, and I tried my best to be nice to him, so that is wrong to hold it personally against me. I really wanted to keep my membership with them. Again, I apologized and promised not to do anything wrong again, so what is the deal with this club to treat a retired Air Force Vietnam veteran that way??? Can someone tell me??? What a shame to run a facility this way!!! I know they won't miss my $22 a month for my former black card membership, but I am spreading the word on how I was treated without a SINGLE warning, BEFORE CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL PERIOD!!!!But things worked out for the best. I now have free membership at the respectful YMCA 🙏 God may close a door but opens a window. So thankful for that.

Love planet fitness, all the staff I have interactions with are very friendly, social, and have an inviting smile. I wish they opened at 4am. Because of them opening at 5am thru the week. I am only able to come in for about 45 mins. But that is better then nothing.

Equipment availability, easy check-in process. It'd be nice if weekend hours allowed for late evening access and folks didn't sit around on equipment not using it looking and playing on their phones. More enforcement needed in this area so folks don't hold up the workout of others trying to complete circuit.

Its a great value, especially if you us it like I do. I come to this location when I work and the Fishers one on the weekends. I like this one better. Its bigger. The mavhines are newer and tge Smith Machines are better. I got advive on rehabbing a sore muscle from the PT, and it worked. Saved the trouble and money of going to the doctor.

I almost never have to wait for equipment I want to use, even at peak hours. The staff at this location are very friendly and attentive, and the patronage is also polite. The size of the facility is also impressive, and it is appropriately cooled. This is my favorite gym of any I have ever joined.

I thought planet fitness was supposed to be 24 hours

Really disappointed when they stopped going by their well advertised sloganed 24/5 schedule and changed it to 5 AM to 10 PM. I have to be at work at 6 o’clock and it’s clear across town so I don’t have time to go to the gym anymore I have a family so before work was my time to care for my health I went every day when they were open all night. And then they still charge you the same
