I’m so impressed by everything about this studio. The staff is exceptional—Claire helped me with my membership and was genuine and above and beyond helpful. The management cares about their clientele and respects their concerns. My only complaint is that I wish I found this sooner before I wasted money at a hot yoga studio with a year long contract and sub par management. I’m very excited to use hotworx all throughout the winter!

Love the workouts. Great change up from my normal gym routine. Every workout is a challenge.

Absolutely love this place. Always clean, always friendly and helpful staff. I’ve been a member for 5 years and I don’t plan on going back to a regular gym. 100% recommend!

Workers do not give detailed explanations of payment information.

There was no detailed explanation of payment information. The fee to cancel was $99. They said they could cancel the account for free after three months, so they kept going. After that, when they tried to cancel, they asked for that much money. The members who only tried to do sales and the lack of detailed explanations were the worst, and all my money was gone. I was very embarrassed and very disgusting with the staff, who had nothing to do with whether I went to the center or not, and recommended the most expensive membership and changed it and canceled it.

Loved the workouts and infrared saunas! Such a great option to add variety to your exercise routine. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about their facility… I can’t wait to go back!

I recently did a free try out and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kellie, Hannah, and Mariella were all so welcoming and you can tell they love what they do. The facility is nice and offers everything you would need for a personal workout in a sauna setting. The price is reasonable for what they offer and there was no upselling aside from the required mat. But this is due to safety and possible melting of equipment. I really wanted to say yes and join because these girls were awesome and they were fun and I could see myself being friends with any of them! Ultimately I decided not to join due to a personal preference of in person led workouts vs go at your own pace/video guided. But if you're good with setting your own goals and being accountable for yourself then I would highly recommend this location! They're also 24/hours with safety precautions in place and that's a huge benefit for anyone with a tough schedule!
