Update Aug 2023. Dirty, diry gross !! walking tred machine on bottom hav sweat drops gross!! & floors dirty look all over. Don't give me a answer just words no action. Just one person cleans ? barely one cleans. Gottin very dirty floors sweat drips and skin dust all unde the machines yuck. Use to be real clean. ... workers are good. But lately the floors are very dirty not sanitary. Some.of us use to be professional cleaners. Last manager many months ago she was mopping and cleaning. She is gone. I do see many just stand there. Maybe time to out source for cleaners ??

If I could give 0 stars I would. No customer service skills especially when their system has overcharged your account for months but they “can’t do anything about it”. Then just to be rude over the phone and not do anything to help. Wow.

I have had multiple experiences where I come in & am told I cannot tan until a certain time because of when I tanned the day before. I was turned away because of a 45 minute time discrepancy. I have other things to do & don’t plan to be turned away when I only come ONCE a day in the mornings. I have no interest in leaving & coming back in 30 minutes solely to tan. Once a day means once a day, not once within 24 hours. At midnight the clock doesn’t reset? It has been a full day since I last came in & I come in (10:50am) less than an hour before a full 24 hours (11:39am) & am turned away. I can’t come later & later in the day every time because I HAVE to come after the time i tanned the day before (according to her rules). I have NEVER had this issue with ANYONE but one girl with dark long wavy hair who frequently turns me away.

Walking into the place it looks clean and such. My only problem is that management does not know how to treat their employees. I would talk with the employees and just ask them how is their day/night. Many of them would tell me how they only have one person for the night shift and such. Like Management just hired one or two more people for night. You got all these morning and afternoon people. Help out the poor night/over night worker. He’s like doing most of the work around that place!

Great location great personal trainer on site. The staff & managers are very friendly too and this location is very clean & I don’t feel intimidated going in and working out by myself. This is a great gym i love it!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Especially the "No Judgment"... I just wish they'd replace the tanning bed bulbs more often!There's always a sign in there that says that they recently changed them. But it is always there!!!

I really like that there is plenty of exercise equipment to choose from. I workout during the morning and never have to wait for a cardio machine or not wait very long for strength training equipment. I only wish the location was more convenient. This is a busy intersection and depending on the time of day, can be very congested. Location is everything in real estate.

Nice clean gym, I tried freevday pass. It's a really nice gym if your workouts is just with machines. If you are looking for free weight racks or heavy weights is not for you.I really liked but for me I need heavy plates and racks.
