Definitely most friendly staff... they’re the best! Equipment is always being cleaned which I appreciate very much!! Love Love Love this gymCan’t beat the price for great service and all the equipment they have!!

How the mighty have fallen. Was just short of 5 stars during Covid, but maintenance and cleaning standards have much dropped since then. Plates everywhere at random machines and never at the rack where they should be. Seems like there is only 1 employee working at a time too.

I had a very disappointed visit tonight at 7. As usual, I asked for 4-6 tokens for the massage chair. Since there wasn't ANYBODY else using the chairs, I asked for 2 more tokens and Josh copped an attitude. I told him if anyone came back there I would get up and let them use the chair.Nobody was even back there. 😠

Edit on 2-15-2022:This location has disappointed me greatly in the last few months.Whenever it is cold, there is ZERO hot water to take a shower OR to wash your hands.How is this sanitary or helping contain COVID? Every time I have asked about it at the desk or complained , no one can give me straight answers. I am told that management is aware but can't find anyone to fix it? Seriously? How crazy is this? At home, I leave the water dripping and insulate the pipes! It has happened 7 times over the last 2 mths that we were unable to take a shower after working out.We bought a membership to Sportscom and are getting ready to cancel our membership here. It is sad because we always loved this location as it is about 4 miles from our house.I tried to contact corporate about this and was told to tell management. Apparently management is aware according to all the employees and has been aware for well over a MONTH! So I sent an email to management and still no reply.I guess they don't need our business or care about their customer's concerns.I have a Black Card and my husband also has his own membership.We found that it is much cheaper to go with Sportscom. We got the 2 for one membership there and it cost $200 for a whole year for both of us AND they have a pool ......AND hot water.This location used to be a 5 star facility. What happened?

Need more than one of certain machines, and more than one water fountain. The one water fountain they have is broken more than it's in service. Some staff members are rude, but some are very kind. Some want to take the time to assist you and others don't. It's very hit or miss here.

This is a great place for new people who are just getting started on working out all the equipment is very simple, with the lockers it's very important to get a lock I have gotten my stuff stolen it's not common but I would still recommend having a lock, as long as you use common sense you shouldn't ever get hurt here it's a great gym

Gym promotes wiping down equipment, but since I joined there is always an out of order sign on something (usually the chest flue machine), and there are always multiple stations out of paper towels. I mostly notice the staff sitting up front, so not sure why any station should ever be out of towels. Irritating.

Clean and well kept. Staff is always busy making sure it stays that way and members are respectable regarding that as well. Staff is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Great place to workout!!

Not intimidating. I appreciated being able to look things up on the app. Specifically how to use a machine or do an exercise. I liked feeling prepared when I went into the gym (I'm a total beginner). Staff is friendly and down to earth, helpful when I couldn't figure out a machine.

Always get a great workout in this gym. Knock one star for the usual lack of barbells and dumbbells heavier than 75 at all PF facilities. Showers could use a deep scrub. For the $$$ it’s a great deal.
