My complimentary 25 minute stretch was AMAZING! It was even better than I imagined. My body thanked me afterwards. It’s not a “play session” of stretching, it truly targets areas specific to you and you feel their difference for sure. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Alazar for a few months and he’s helped me out so much. I have an easier time activating certain muscles when exercising and my neck has been doing a lot better.

Enjoyed my first visit. Staff seemed knowledgeable and assisted me in stretching. Think partner assisted stretching to the point you feel the stretch but not pain. Only once did I feel a bit over stretched. They quickly adjusted positioning to my level and no issue. A little sore next day but was told to expect that. I plan to return and continue towards improving flexibility, balance and posture.Update: 8 months later and still continuing weekly sessions with Alazer. I have noticed improvement in flexibility and balance. I feel more energetic and an taking on tasks that I had given up on. Patience and persistence has paid off. Alazer is also very personable and works within my limitations. Highly recommend!

I had a really good experience. I have chronic weakness and tightness in my left side from an injury and after my first 50 minute stretch session I honestly felt so much better. Tightness went away and I had better range of motion. I’ll be looking to sign up for more sessions based on not only the recommendation but how I felt afterwards

For my first initial visit, I was pleased! It’s a good different when you have someone helping you stretch or coming up with the stretches best and most necessary for your concern areas. I’m glad I’m doing this for myself.Angie, was very patient and talked me through every step to ensure I was comfortable and as relaxed as possible.
