I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Today was my first session and it went really well. My flexologist was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about what stretches would help me to feel my best. Having assisted stretching really does make a difference and it's something that I definitely plan on incorporating more often. The environment is extremely relaxing, and the facility is very clean and welcoming.

My experience with Stretch Lab Murfreesboro has been nothing but spectacular. The staff all around is wonderful, welcoming and caring. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way and immediately feel a part of their family.I can not explain how awesome my flexologist Alezar has been in treating my stretching needs. I had lower back/hip pain due to lifting weights when starting stretch lab. Shortly after starting my routine I have noticed nearly no pain while performing activities. I have continued my journey with them solely because Alezar’s knowledge, attentive to detail, and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure my needs are met. His customer service and ability to make you feel comfortable through out the stretch is unmatched. He is highly highly recommended and you will not be disappointed in his ability to meet your individual needs.
