TRI-FIT has become part of my life's weekly routine. I've been training with Adam Valentine for five years and it's the best thing I’ve ever done for myself! I dropped 40 plus pounds my first year working out with Adam, and have kept it off! Adam's Saturday morning Boot Camp is a great cardio and strength booster! If you're looking for a quality, attention to detail personal trainer, I would highly recommend the team at TRI-FIT!

My weight had started to creep up to a number I wasn’t comfortable with. Figuratively and literally. I started working out with Adam in December of 2018. 45 mins per session, twice a week. I started eating better, too. Not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I lost 10 pounds by April 2019, and lost 10 more pounds by the end of 2019. I have worked out with Adam ever since, and am happy to say that I have kept the weight off, and gained confidence. I am really proud to say that I did not gain weight during the pandemic. Adam is committed to our sessions, and his clients. I am at a weight I am comfortable with, but I don’t see myself ending my training sessions. I know that it can be daunting to start something like this, but if you stick with it, you will not regret investing in yourself. Start now, not later. Start with Tri-Fit!

I have been training one-on-one with Adam Valentine at TriFit for about 2 years. He developed and executed an exercise regimen for me which has helped me tremendously. I train twice a week with Adam, then have additional activities I perform on my own. Saturday morning boot camps are a fun, but intense workout with like minded folks. I would highly recommend Adam and TriFit to anyone looking to improve their fitness level, balance, range of motion and overall body image.
