Overwhelmed both by how poor my health had become and the uncertainty of where to begin, Tri-Fit has truly been a life saver for me. Before my first rep, their team walked me through a complete health assessment and equipped me with the basic knowledge needed to succeed. In my first year of training with Tri-Fit, I lost 64 pounds (going from 267 to 203).I appreciate the ongoing education and encouragement I've received with them. Personal fitness is a lifelong adventure. Sometimes we can run alone. But I've found it's always better to run with a coach, a teammate, and a friend. With Tri-Fit, I have found all of these and more. Whatever your fitness level, they can help you go further faster!

Awesome training company!! Very Advanced education. There is a variety of expertise amongst the company that promotes each trainer to learn from one another about the trends and different techniques in each niche of the fitness industry. I love the synergy among all the trainers/clients. It truly feels like you're part of a family when you are a Trifit client. Can't wait to go back for my next session! Ps- try out Adam's bootcamp on Sat. mornings. It'll kick your butt and make you think twice about that next cheat meal.

Been working out with Brooke at Tri-Fit for a couple of years now. I love that all their trainers are certified and really know their stuff! I said when I started I would stop if I got bored and she changes up the workouts every day. Always using different equipment e.g. Bands, machines, free weights, body resistence, boxing. I can get workouts for the road when I travel and I can always count on Tri- Fit to push and help me meet my goals. Thanks Brooke (also, they are genuinely nice folks!)

no debate Barry & Adam and their crew at Tri-Fit are the best personal trainers in this county. I have trained with Barry for years now & i'll try to be brief. These guys have a wealth of knowledge about the body and how to fine tune it because they have formal degrees in things like exercise science. The vast majority of non-tri-fit trainers have no formal education their "qualified" BC they look fit. The workouts R varied & fun. These guys tailor fit each session to each client based on to his/her goals & what the client enjoys. For example Barry introduced me to Muay Thai through cardio pad work & now I am hooked & its one of my favorite hobbies. This summer I very badly injured my right arm totally unrelated to Barry. I could not lift anything heaver than a coffee cup with my R arm for 4 months. No big deal for Barry he innovatively created new routines to work around the injury. As a result I stayed in shape, honestly healed faster & still made fitness gains while injured. for that I am very grateful. In short Tri-Fit you want them to be your trainer no others even come close. Use them exceed your goals.

If you're looking for a trainer that will push you hard and challenge you every workout but then make you look forward to coming back--you will find them with TriFit. Since I began training with Barry, I have been really aware of how much better I feel, how much stronger I am and how much more self confidence I have. Getting out of bed in the morning with more strength is a great feeling--and knowing that you are not just going to be spending time in the gym but working with specific purpose and concentration really makes me confident that I am on the right track. I have lost weight, have added definition to my arms and legs, and I am a lot happier when looking in the mirror and much more motivated to eat better. Barry always has challenging workouts that really push me, but that I really enjoy. He is also very knowledgeable about good nutrition and suggests some really convenient, healthy meals. The results have been great. I have found myself being able to work longer while people around me (even younger people) have to sit down and take a break. I've also been really impressed with how friendly and down to earth Barry is. And the other TriFit trainers there--Adam, Jordan, are also really nice people who clearly know what they're doing--I definitely recommend TriFit.

Stronger? Yes. Healthier? Yes. In fact, I feel on top of the world! I have worked out for many years with different trainers but a number of those years I was just going through the motions. When I started working out with Adam Valentine @ Tri-Fit I have never looked back. My skills and strength have improved dramatically, but what is most important is that I've found a trainer that is truly invested in what I do and also what I don't do. He will go out of his way to make sure I'm getting what I need from him and who will constantly push me past my own obstacles.My eating & cooking habits have changed and I have lost a total of 22lbs and changed my body completely!None of the above would have ever been possible without Tri-Fit. Personal training sessions have become part of my weekly life and Adam has become not only my trainer but a true friend!These guys are the real deal. They have amazing fitness knowledge and will work their hardest to help you reach your goals whatever they may be!
