During our trip to Cali we trained at golds Venice, zoo culture, 24 hour fitness, and a few more and I am more than happy to say this is the best gym that we trained at by far! The gym setup, the owner and staff, the clean but hardcore feel, the music and athletes that were there.. nothing beats it. Really will miss training at this gym until next time! (Live in NY). This is by far a fitness/bodybuilding MECCA!!! 💯💪

I just absolutely love this place! I drive 15-20 minutes out of my way, past several other gyms, to go to this gym. I had been looking for a bodybuilding gym in the area for a while. I was very excited when I heard about Metroflex. I feel like I'm constantly learning new stuff from the other members and there's a lot of equipment available that isn't available at other gyms. The option to workout outdoors in the yard area, perfect place to be on a beautiful summer evening!

I've been out in this area for about a year, and this is hands down the best gym around. There's a good variety of people who go here, from people just starting out to competitors. Well worth the price, and being 24/7 is perfect when you work ridiculous hours. I've got friends who drive up from Camp Pendleton just to go here. Sign up!
