They over charged me and I’m fighting them tooth and nail for a refund. They keep saying it coming hit it’s been over 10 months now.**Update**Emailed the regional manager as instructed by comment reply and have not heard back. $540 is a lot for a personal trainer that never showed up.

Zero stars if I could.Gym is dirty. Front desk instructs you to email management to cancel your membership. We’ve been trying for months. Old manager wouldn’t even respond, the new manager responds but refuses to assist. They would continue to pull money from the bank, when we put a stop to that, they now sent it to collections. Have multiple months worth of emails trying to resolve this matter and get membership cancelled. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Only after that did the new manager even start to respond to emails.Avoid this gym. They just screw you over. Their equipment isn’t even that great. Staff is nasty and rude.

Before management switched, I would've rated this gym a solid 4 (they lack certain equipment). Now, nobody answers the phone and their kids club staff doesn't show up, so I drive there, unstrap my child, and two memberships (three if husband has off) cannot be used. We are so disappointed with their lack of management skills and showing up for parents. We're looking into other options.

If I could give a negative star it would be -5. Nice gym just stole hundreds of dollars from my account. Highway robbery. Don't go here they will steal from you. I don't care how nice a gym is when they steal money from your account ain't worth it. ,👎 Go somewhere else. …

If you've got kids and will be dependant on some form of daycare at the gym, this is not the gym for you. They are extremely inconsistent with when they are and are not open and never have any sort of heads up until you are trying to open the door. The number of times we have had to turn around and drive home instead of working out has been substantial in the 6ish months since we joined.

Super friendly, upbeat staff. Very eager to get you signed up ha. Clean facility. People wiping down machines after working out. Joined and loving it. Pool, sauna good. Hydro massage chairs great for after workout.

It is a great gym with wonderful and very helpful staff members. They have great deals on gym memberships all the time. They carry a wide variety of different energy and supplement drink for great prices. They have tons of workout equipment and classes to suit even the most advanced requirements.

Really this place is a scam. You have sub par gym equipment, pricey memberships for equipment and atmosphere you could get anywhere. Still having an awful experience over a month later. I had bought personal training sessions back in April, requested a refund within the 5 day policy and without using any sessions (due to the fact that the trainer rescheduled within a couple of hours of our first session and seemed flaky), was a fight with the manager (Julie) to get this done. She is awful about emailing you back yet this is the preferred way to get in contact? Sends a confirmation email that this was cancelled and refund request sent. Says it can take up to two weeks to see refund yet in the contract you sign it says you have the right to receive the refund within 10 days. Over a month later and I still haven't received my refund and received an email that i was scheduled for training sessions on June 8th??? I emailed her and still haven't received a response to that email or the one that I want to cancel my actual gym membership (seperate from the training sessions). This is a terrible place to try and become a healthy better version of you. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

It's a swell place to be, but out of almost 2 years at this gym it's always hit and miss. The Hot tub hasn't worked most of my time there and the pool was shut down for over 6 months, has had issues with cleanliness and some of the people (past as far as I know now) are extremely judgy and rude...

I've read the reviews and a lot are very negative. I find the gym to be average with a few hygiene issues. The pool department has been bought out by a 4.9 star company so interested to see when the renovations and repairs take place. There is a small blue turf area upstairs where the sole heavy bag is usually not utilized, so that's my favorite workout while there, plus kettlebells, my own resistance bands and the elliptical machines are open. They have a yoga area which is spacious upstairs separate from the weight lifting area. Downstairs has two racquetball courts, a few hydro chairs and tanning beds.
