I mean it’s my my local guys it’s not a huge one albeit has pretty much core everything you’ll need. does tend to get busy at times but I think most people will be able to find a time they’ll be able to come in and get a good workout and also the staff in my experience is A1 and friendly. Overall I fell I don’t need to go to the big gyms yet when I’m so comfortable here!

I joined when I lived close by and it was a good gym. However I've called several times to cancel my membership due to moving, no answer, no call back when I left a message. Now, after a couple months of this they charged the $130 yearly fee. I'll have to dispute the charge with the bank and cancel that way. Go with someone with a little more integrity.

Ya’ll already know what time it is…This place SMACKS! I come in for a quick pump n dump damn near everyday. This is my second home (& not because of the countless hours spent here lol)Low cost? 24hrs? The cleanest gyms in Idaho? Awesome staff? They’ve got it all.Aside having a limited number of equipment compared to bigger gyms, IFF packs a punch for what you get.

This gym is awesome!!! Super clean and full of nice people. The classes are awesome and Annie the instructor is pretty awesome too. My son and I take her SPIN class. She is very welcoming towards my son and I really appreciate that. If you can't tell I'm pretty amazed with this gym. #iffteamtribe

Annie Simmons is the best instructor at this location!!!! She provides the perfect combination of interval training, cardio, and weights for what most people would pay hundreds a month for! The facilities are always clean and the staff is friendly. I love this gym!
