Staff are very friendly and helpful. Synergy has very experienced trainers and class instructors. Love the atmosphere at Synergy and it's spaciousness. Great Health Club!!

They lost or fired all of the best teachers for swim class. I loved Tami's classes in the big pool and Denell's warm water class. Covid was the worse thing to happen for Synergy. I won't be rejoining.

This gym has several reasons to earn 5 stars. I will sum it up. 1. Excellent front desk. 2. Very clean. 3. Great cardio, and lifting equipment. 4. Trainers know what they are talking about.
