I've been coming to this Club for a little over a year, and have had a wonderful experience! The instructors knowledgeable and attentive to different people's needs and accommodations. I've been doing Pilates for many years now and it's done wonders for my body, especially my lower back. The instructors cover and explain the basic and essential principles well, and don't rush you to do something that won't feel good for your body. But just as importantly, I want to commend the management of the Club. The front desk staff and management team are very friendly and nice. During the pandemic and also because of a knee injury, I had to freeze my membership at different times. Every time I made a special request or had a unique situation, I was met with kindness and understanding. I can't say enough about how much I've appreciated that. Thanks Club Pilates!!

I have been going to Club Pilates in Naperville for over 2 years! The staff and instructors are excellent! They are very helpful and courteous! I have seen great improvements in my overall health, core and muscle tone !

Very knowledgeable and caring staff after I was recommended to get involved in pilates after a lower back surgery by my physical therapist. All instructors provided some modifications if I couldn't do certain exercises. I feel these classes are giving me extra strength in the areas where I needed it as well as knowledge of how to safely move in my daily life.

I was attending a gym but not getting the results I wanted and a friend said only Pilates works . I joinedClub Pilates and really enjoy the challenge of the exercises and the beautiful staff. I’m a senior and have hip and knee replacements . The Pilates instructor guides me with the exercises. I believe aging gracefully is mobility and balanced . No one is too old for Pilates.

Dealing with lower back/herniated disc issues and recovering from a bilateral mastectomy, Pilates was a life saver! At first I was scared not knowing what I was getting into and worried I would not be able to keep up but the instructors are amazing and very patient with me. They work with me on the days I am not able to do much of upper or lower body movements. I Love Love Love Club Pilates North Naperville!

Started at Club Pilates less than a year ago and cannot recommend it enough. I used to be a dailey method fan and struggled to find a replacement when it closed. Club Pilates North is it! The people (both front desk and instructors) are all friendly, caring, and experienced. I always leave well-toned, with a clear head, and a smile on my face! Special thanks to Courtney, Judie, Liz, Beth, and all of the wonderful people i have met.

I cannot even express how much I love the Club Pilates program, the Naperville studio, the owners Eric and Heidi, and all the outstanding instructors!!!! I’m an average 71 yr old, retired nurse and have tried so many different types of fitness regimes in the past. Nothing has even come close to the benefits I’m getting from Club Pilates. Looking in the window of the studio, I was first intimidated by the reformer, but quickly learned it allows for very effective Pilates exercises with support, using the weighted pulleys and springs that are attached. It gives you the maximum benefit of the Pilates exercises very safely. In the 50 minute, lively class, there also is mat work, springboard (vertical weights and pulleys with a ballet bar), other exercises used to give you a full body workout.This is a very fun, efficient, effective. and comprehensive class. It’s run by knowledgeable, friendly instructors who readily help provide personal modifications to students, so everyone can participate. You won’t feel dumb or uncomfortable here!! Students with a wide range of ages and fitness levels attend. 12 students in a class, 6 feet apart in a beautiful, spotless and cheerful studio— there is a privacy that is hard to describe. When you are on the reformer, you are in your own personal, happy space. I’ve been going for about 8 months now and am definitely thinner, stronger and in better shape than I was when I started. My posture is greatly improved too. My husband is amazed because I’ve never stuck to any fitness program like I’m sticking to this one! I typically drop out of everything lol 😹. . I’ve had one total knee replacement in the past, and I know this program is delaying the need for a second one.Hope you consider checking out the free intro class!!!!! 💕💕💕

I was referred by my friend to join the Club Pilates. It is a friendly and professional studio that can help me improve my body shape. They have a lot of good instructors with patience and passion. Highly recommend to try Beth, Elizabeth, Judie, Karri’s classes. I have been talking classes for more than four months. After doing Pilates, shoulder and neck pain is much much better. Really appreciate their help.
