I love this gym for women! Workouts are HIIT and you will be amazed at how many calories you can burn in 30 minutes! Every day is a different workout so you never know what to expect. Coaches are super supportive and motivating. I really appreciate it when they help me with my form or challenge me with a more difficult variation. Exercises can be modified to your level of ability. Women of all ages and backgrounds come here. We all workout to great music while having fun at it!

I really enjoy the quick efficient workouts and that nothing is the same so I don’t get bored! The coaches have such great energy and that really helps get through the session. My five year old really enjoys the kid corner and loves being able to peek through the window to see what I’m doing!

Started at Delta Fitness last week. My energy is at all time high. The coaches really push you to be your best self. Being a all women gym, make me feel comfortable. I love Delta fitness so far. Looking forward to my results here ! Keep up the good work Delta Life!

Joined recently and can’t say enough good things about this place. 30 min workout with different exercises everyday keeps it interesting. Coaches are awesome ! Very motivating and always there to help. Having kids corner is a big plus. Ladies give it a try , I am sure you will love it as much as I do.

Love Delta Life! Workouts are only 30 minutes but are challenging and different everyday. It's a great community of women who are all ages and fitness levels. Coaches and staff are wonderful too! Highly recommend!!

This gym is awesome! Love the shorter class styles & interval training, plus they have a kid’s center! No excuses not to go :) Less than a month in & already feeling stronger day to day. Highly recommend!
