I am sorry to hear about some of the bad experiences, I am new to the studio as a student and NOW ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR on Saturdays. I've had nothing but positive experiences and hope to help others going forward to have the same. Please give me and the studio another try. Registration and classes are listed on Mind and Body. If you have any questions, I will get a response to you ASAP.

I used to go here back in 2015-2019 and it was a great place. It has since been sold by the original owner and the new owner has run it into the ground. All the old instructors and students have left. The new owner is only concerned with money and I know this because when I moved back to the area I wanted to go there so I called and she answered and I asked about the paying for classes(i didn't know about the mind body app) she immediately said "bring money, bring money, spend money.... I also do real estate" and she went on and on about trying to get my money and I had to remind her that I called about payment and not all this other stuff.. Then I go to a few classes and actually had her as an instructor and she sat at the front of the room with her eyes closed and simply recited the bikram series and didn't, at any time, look around the class to make sure students were doing it correctly not did she demonstrate a thing. It was totally bizarre and I've never seen anything like it. . I went for a few weeks but after classes were so poorly taught by the owner and then she canceled multiple classes without any notice I had to find another place(i planned my afternoon around these classes and showed up only to be met by locked doors; no note or text or email or anything). Very unfortunate what's happened to this studio. I cannot recommend anyone go there.

This is THE WORST studio I have ever experienced. EVER. The studio owner is dishonest and charges clients without their consent, does not honor groupons, harasses the students and staff. The positive reviews on here are blatantly FALSE!The studio is FILTHY dirty and could not possible comply with fire codes, etc. She did not honor a groupon and said "groupon is too cheap- you have to pay me more." The studio looks terrible from the outside and is an eyesore to the street below- Naperville can do so much better. It is just terrible what is happening there! It should get ZERO stars.

There aren't too many places that offer 90minute Bikram sessions on a daily basis. They have the 5 am class that works best with my schedule. Room is always hot and ready to go when I get there! The pricing here is very good as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Shelly the owner, HORRIBLE does not pay her employees!!! I never got paid for teaching my classes!!!! In the process Department of Labor! She does not care about the members only thier money! She has no clue on how to run a business! The place is disgusting! Needs to be updated, has a nasty lingering smell, dirty she never cleans the floors, or anything for that matter. Super unorganized, scattered brained, untrustworthy, rude and just straight up a completely fake personality! I'd give negative stars if I could! Don't waste your time and money there are way better places to go in that area!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the magic of Hot Yoga Naperville!! The heat and humidity are perfectly balanced to create an environment that’s both challenging and deeply rejuvenating. The locker room and showers were spotless and well-maintained. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the neighborhood. Last but not least, there is also plenty of parking!! Thank you Shelly!!

Tried to call to get more information about one of the course since I had no idea what hot yoga is. They lady was super rude and flat out told me she had no idea and to book the session anyway and "experience it for myself". I thought it would be a nice relaxing time for me and my girlfriend but we'll go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to Hot Yoga Naperville since 2005 and it keeps getting better year after year. It’s always been a premier destination for Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates. The addition of new teachers and new classes this year such as dance, boot camp, and HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training ensures there’s something for everyone. Most importantly, it’s more than just a health club. It’s a tight knit community of family and friends. I’ve often left my wallet or phone out while working out unlike other health clubs, it’s never walked away. There’s a high degree of character and trust amongst the clientele. Clean, multiple classes and teachers daily, overall a top notch facility!

I love this studio the instructors and the owner Shelly are great. My favorite class is power yoga on Thursday nights with Billy he does a great job its easy to follow and u definitely feel like u worked out the whole body I always feel great after that class. This studio is not about being trendy its 100% about fitness which is the whole point to working out. The instructors are motivating and helpful and make u feel welcome not intimating to ask questions.

I signed up after years and was looking fwd to it! I called a few times to discuss what the classes are like and the new owner is crazy!!!! Like absolutely crazy! Please think twice before signing up with them. She yelled at me every time she picked up the phone and didn’t even let me speak. I’m not sure what is wrong with her but someone needs to get her help. 🙏🏼
