I am 76 years old and I felt like I was really getting out of shape. Stopped working out during COVID and didn’t realize how out of shape I was. I decided to join LA fitness and thought I needed extra help so I started working with a trainer. The first trainer was okay but I didn’t always feel like I was always getting the most from my workouts. Then I started training with my current trainer Paul T. Paul has really been outstanding and makes sure I have a great workout every time out. He really knows what he is doing and knows what I need. I highly recommend Paul T. as a personal trainer. He has really been what I need in achieving my goals. I have been able to achieve more than I thought I could since working with Paul.

The gym was decent until the recent closing of other LA Fitness locations in the area. it's now a mad house and can't wait for Lifetime near by. It's definitely not the signature experience anymore! Take your money elsewhere.

I love this gym and its equipment as it’s extremely modern and spacious; however, the sauna room has been down for 4 months. They have not given customers an update or any explanation as to why the room is down. With this being a signature club, it is disappointing to see one of the features LA fitness advertises be down for so long. I have also heard that the pool water is extremely cold in the mornings.

Paul has been a great personal trainer! He makes my work outs unique and very safe as I am 19 weeks pregnant. Very easy to follow and a genuine nice individual. Paul’s expertise and knowledge of the subject matter has been invaluable in helping me achieve my goals and helping me understand and apply what I’ve learned. I feel more comfortable in the gym and my confidence and strength has gone up. I highly recommend Paul as a personal trainer. He has a very positive attitude and is very passionate about what he does.

I started going to LA Fitness, Naperville just under 2 years ago. I joined their personal training program and was introduced to Paul. He is THE best PT I have ever had. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, pushes you to the limits and helps you smash goals. I’ve recently had surgery and he’s been able to guide me safely back into training and regrown my confidence. We always do something different from the last week and it’s challenging but super fun! Anyone looking for a PT I would 10000% recommend Paul.

I have been working with trainer Paul Tolentino. As an 80+ woman with no gym experience I was reluctant to work with a young man. Paul is an amazing trainer well versed not only in exercise but in physiology of body and nutrition. He has opened my eyes and encouraged me to the need, despite my age, to work hard. He has never made me feel anything but positive about my accomplishments plus he has a great personality and seems to have the respect of many clients. I enjoy my sessions with him.
