Mathew is the nicest welcome host I’ve ever encountered. He goes above and beyond his job to not only satisfy me but countless others. I always see him talking with other customers and creating a personable meaningful experience. I am thrilled to come in and see Mathew as well as the rest of the staff at this establishment. Everybody is so well mannered but Mathew goes above and beyond the regular job to provide truly amazing service.

The female supervisor in the aquatics department is quite terrible. She has a really bad attitude towards parents, and it's really difficult to coordinate with her regarding the kids' class timings. My child has been taking swimming lessons here for more than a year, we love the coaches and I really don't want to cancel the lessons, but her lack of assistance and unenthusiastic attitude are truly unbearable!

I used to go to Starbucks with Jordan before she turned 21. I guess this whole year is dedicated to our split. It’s been eight months since then, I hope her and her family are doing well. She actually doesn’t even attend church and she isn’t even a Christian, but I guess that shows you how Christianity doesn’t even matter in this country or in the long run of friendship.Packers season starts soon. 2023. New quarterback… Jordan.I miss Dustin and Ed.

Manager of the LifeSpa turned me off with all her gossip. I could hear her through the treatment room while I was getting a facial. She was complaining too loud about a boyfriend and fiance, i come here to relax and pay good money why do i need to hear about her personal problems and this was not the first occasion. And quite frankly i habe not been to this location since everyone else quit. Now i go romeoville or oakbrook lifespa

13 years was there I left 2 years , went to the city to live closer to my job in the gym there was equipment that was all broken to pieces wire sticking out. If you got on the treadmill it was like it’s gonna fall apart while you were running on it. Spin cycle bike waddling. It was so unsafe there it was crazy.

Everything you can ask for in a gym. Great workout floor that was just renovated in summer 2023. Classes of all kinds. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Café and salon as well. Also, have childcare on-site. Only drawbacks are the crowds during busy seasons and the steep prices.

Personal Trainer Review & Club Review!Retired collegiate athlete here that struggled tremendously with finding motivation to workout after finishing my volleyball career. I came in for my free consult with personal trainer, Eric, prior to a 60-Day club training challenge and immediately felt like he wanted to help me to be better, not just in the gym but with my own lifestyle. I decided to sign-up with him for personal training and am so glad I did! I shifted from despising the gym to being excited and motivated again to work out, but this time for the betterment of my life, not my sport. Eric helped me to achieve numerous fitness goals, took extra time to discuss dietary needs based on my daily movement, and shaped my monthly training programs around my specific needs. His attention to detail, motivation to help his clients, and ability to provide excellent experiences every time I trained with him (6 months), along with his coaching style and goal-oriented mindset propelled me to enjoy fitness again, but with a new perspective. If you are interested in a personal trainer, who will challenge you, encourage you, and mentor you beyond just the fitness world, I highly recommend Eric as your person. Way to go Life Time!I have loved my experience with Life Time, it’s amenities, warm welcomes at check-in, exceptionally kind and vivacious staff in the spa, yummy food and great service in the cafe, clean locker rooms and large pool area, and finally the fitness gym that has any and all fitness equipment you would ever need. Thank you Life Time!

Member guest policy is awful. Hot tub isn’t hot, nor was it clean. No fresh towels by the indoor pool even when the pool wasn’t busy. Dirty wet towels all over the pool area. Unhappy staff.

This gym is becoming a very inconvenient investment. It's pretty up there in price which isn't the problem. The problem is they keep certain equipment from members. Member here pay a very big price for accommodations that you won't find at other gyms but not providing bands and jump ropes to member when they ask for them is ridiculous. They keep them at the desk. I just asked an employee for one and he said he couldn't let me use it. All they need is a simple sign in/out sheet to fix the problem of members stealing them. Also, compared to the Schaumburg location this one is not worth it. If you can't go to the other location do not bother to invest any of your hard earned money here. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. The other locations have newer equipment and they don't keep equipment from members. They also used to be 24 hours. Now they aren't. But I still get charged the same

Long time member and very disappointed. As a business owner , can say very poor management skills. Very filthy environment, dangerous and not clean and its not improving after multiple complaints. Water filters were wiped off dust not replaced since 2016? Pool area broken pieces to the entrance, cone was put for 6 months to "solve" the issue. Staff does not look motivated or willing to improve. Management is nowhere to be found here. Updating pictures 📸 cone in the pool still there and gym is still filthy
