We switched from Lifetime to Fort Hill and found the Fitness facility good for us. Yes, the selection of equipment is less but it fits our needs. The staff is friendlier and facility is definitely cleaner..Broken equipment is also fixed much earlier. The cost is 50% less.It would help us if the facility would open M-F at 4:30 due to our work schedule , Michael R

This rating is for a birthday party. My daughter had a gymnastics themed birthday party with 14 kids here in January, and it was a very bad experience. The two party hosts who were supposed to be leading activities with the kids did absolutely nothing. They sat on a mat looking miserable 90% of the time and did nothing to engage with the kids. My husband, another parent, and I were the ones doing all the work to supervise and engage with the kids. The party hosts didn’t even supervise these young girls as they climbed onto a shaky metal ladder to grab onto a high bar. They just sat on a mat 50 feet away and watched as the girls struggled to do it themselves.I would not recommend having a gymnastics birthday party here unless they hire new party hosts and train them on supervising and engaging with the kids.

Fort Hill is a wonderful facility! The whole facility is really clean and well-lit. Locker rooms have clean and nice showers and big lockers. The place has been open for a few years and still looks almost brand new. For the price, this facility is great!

Really good facility, has multipurpose rooms, gymnastics, basketball, volleyball rooms and a fitness center. And maybe more on the second story? It is clean. Parking is easy. Really want to use the fitness center some days.

Nice new facilities. They section off different areas very well. This includes if you want a private party or daycare. Two levels for working out. A small studio for classes. There’s also a track on the second floor above the basketball and volleyball courts. The basketball courts convert to for volleyball courts and runs leagues and also an open gym. You don’t have to be a member for the open gym volleyball and pay a set price. You pay less if you’re from Naperville.

This is one of my favorite places to take fitness classes. It is fully stocked with equipment, has great instructors and is pretty clean. I haven't taken a class in a year. Some of my favorite classes & instructors did not return when they reopened in July. I appreciate that they close for 30 minutes each day to sanitize the facility. The track is also great for walking in the winter months.

It's a beautiful, clean, and spacious gym. The people at the front desk are very nice. They have a babysitting here that you pay extra for. They also have a play area, but that's exclusively for children that are getting babysat. I was in there with my kids while waiting for their gymnastics class to start and we were told they couldn't play there.
