Both the front entrance && the cave are beautiful. The place looks clean, however BEWARE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LAY IN THE SALT && THE CHAIRS THEY MAKE YOU USE AREN'T ZERO GRAVITY. Honestly most public pools and gyms have more comfortable chairs. Also the computerized announcements are kind of off putting. Reminds me of this space mountain roller coaster at Disneyland I liked as a kid. They claim that there's some type of salt mist that was dispersed through the air... but idk I walked out w/ the same sniffle I walked in w/. Lol there were two groups of 2, so four total && we all felt like we had been robbed of $23 when we walked out. We didn't even all know each other.Ohhhh && I forgot about the socks! If your socks aren't solid white they'll make you use theres, then they throw them in the wash && give them to the next customer.

Very nice facility, but customer service was a joke. The man that seemed to be the owner pestered us about being a few minutes late continuously before our appointment. It's a shame how people treat their clients. Wouldn't visit again because of that whole experience...sadly.

Went here for a foot detox bath. Very skeptical at first but seeing end results-proof is in the pudding -literally. I was squimish about the pudding-like substance taken from my body. $40 may have been a bit overpriced for this type of service but I may return to see if I detox same color. Sounds gross but looking forward to detoxing and training better!

To start things off you are greeted by the most friendliest staff ever ! I really enjoyed my first salt cave session it was truly relaxing and quite comfortable . The atmosphere inside really makes you feel like you are inside a actual cave. My session lasted about 45-50 minutes. They also offer other services like a foot detox , body detox , sauna session ect . Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed! You might thank me !

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. We decided to do the combo with the salt cave, foot detox, and I did the sauna and my wife did the wrap.The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. We left very relaxed and refreshed. This was a great way to spend a majority of our anniversary. Thank you Naperville Salt Cave.

Amazing experience. I would give higher than 5 stars if possible. I will definately be back. Everyone was so friendly. The salt cave was so relaxing!
