Just found Shred through my daughter. I have taken 2 classes this week. They are fun, fast-paced and safe because the instructor models every move. The hour goes by very quickly!!

This is the best workout I've gotten in years! I really like the mix between the treadmills and weights. It keeps every workout interesting so the hour goes by fast. All of the instructors have been great too! They're all extremely friendly and encouraging. Each class they make sure to give out modifications and a range of paces so I can customize each workout to how I'm feeling that day. Scheduling classes through their app makes planning ahead for the week super easy and holds me accountable. I've only been going for 2 months and I'm already seeing positive results, both physically and mentally. A friend recommended this place a while ago and I wish I would have joined sooner!

As someone who has never taken a HIIT class, let alone any group fitness class, I had my reservations. I was worried I’d be surrounded by thin, athletically incline women that would be gazing in my direction and judging me. But it was the opposite! A super welcoming environment, and while the trainers let you go at your own pace, they encourage every single person to do their personal best. I happened to be in a class with a new other first timers and we were so welcomed! Definitely coming back!
