This club is very welcoming, clean, and filled with great members/staff. There’s a variety of classes and trainers that offer different styles of boxing. I have a couple favorite coaches but coach Krystin is the one has consistently challenged me over the years, not only in her classes but her 1 on 1 mittwork. Whether you’re new to boxing or advanced, this gym has something for everyone and is definitely a great workout.

Fantastic environment, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone works at their own pace, if you happen to forget something there is a person who walks around to guide and to make you the best possible version of you! Definitely recommend this place and should check it out :) also I feel the price is also very reasonable

I would rate Saul a 5 out of 5!!! He's a great trainer with great workouts!!! The intensity of his workouts makes me stronger physically and mentally!!! And Saul is motivating during his intense workout, which makes the workout funner and motivating to keep going when I want to give up!!! Also, I love the music he plays during our workouts!!! Thanks Saul!!!

My first kickboxing class was an exhilarating experience! The energy in the class was contagious, and everyone was so pumped up and ready to go. Ritchie Patel was excellent - he was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraged us every step of the way. I appreciated his attention to detail, as he made sure we were using proper form to prevent injuries.The workout itself was intense and challenging, but it was worth it. I felt the burn in my muscles and the sweat pouring down my face, but I also felt strong and accomplished. The combination of punches, kicks, and cardio drills kept me engaged and interested throughout the entire class.Overall, I would highly recommend taking a kickboxing class. It's not only a great way to get in shape, but it's also a fun and empowering workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized. I can't wait to go back for my next class!
