I’ve taken a few classes of restore at Yoga Six in Naperville.This is my first experience with yoga and I love the classesand instructors. I’m already feeling some benefits withmy ability to stretch better . The Restore class is perfect for asa beginner yogi.

Everyone was very inviting and positive. The warmth of the room was great on my body. I was surprised that after class, so many employees were in the entrance asking us how we felt after class....great community and great class by Theresa!!
