Great gym! I joined FITLAB a few months ago and I am so glad I did. From the first day I toured the facility, I was impressed. The manager, Jose, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a great tour of the facility and explained everything clearly. It's very refreshing to have someone remember your name and greet you when you come in. I've been to many other gyms in the past where the staff are not friendly. He is always there when I come in and often very busy, but he still takes the time to say hi. That is worth a lot to me. They have plenty of free weights and I like the machines. The equipment is in good shape and ergonomic. I rarely have to wait for a bench, squat rack or machine even during peak hours. I love the fact that they are 24 hours. Just an all around great place to exercise. Highly recommended.

I did not expect to like it here as much as I do! The whole gang at FitLab is so motivating and welcoming. Derrick especially does an amazing job keeping it clean and makes sure to tell me "great job" after my workouts. Would highly recommend!Go see Bryan Mathers for personal training if you want a nice gentle shove into a new mindset. He’s really good at knowing what you need and helping you reach your goals.

Good gym,nice environment, helpful staff!!!, but equipment is not clean (example weight rack for dumbbells is dirty). I hope to see this clean next time I go. Wow shortly after I Wrote this the manager made the corrections and let me know. Great job!

Just signed up for a membership here this morning - Was nicely greeted right away by Eric, who gave me an awesome tour and was so helpful.. Answered all questions I had! I have my first class this weekend. I already highly recommend this gym! Trainers are also all very nice.

Our staff enjoys FitLab facilities before & after work hours. The Manchester location is so convenient that many utilize the facilities during lunch! The convenient location, helpful staff and variety of equipment make this a win-win-win for us!

Jose and his staff are awesome! 😊 I’m in town for a few months and struggled to find a good gym. Jose worked with me to do a month to month which has worked out so well. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. This is my favorite gym in the area. …

I go to a lot of gyms in the area but I always find myself back at fit lab, The people there are nice No attitudes or egos and the staff is friendly and helpful~ they have all the latest equipment and They just added a new multi arm cable. If you haven't tried it check it out. see you there

I love this gym, staff is SOO amazing. eric, angel. Gym is clean.Had to cancel for a bit, ERIC was great made the transition smooth, which NEVER happens at other gyms. ILL BE BACK!!!!! THANKS guys.

Great gym and excellent staff. 24 hour access is app based and new to me as most do RFID cards but it works great and I’ve never had an issue getting in during unstaffed hours.
