I highly recommend this facility. The staff is great, the gym has a comfortable layout, and the classes are outstanding. I did the 6 week FT challenge and I must say that the coaches support has been phenomenal. They are there to help you meet the goals you have with consistant reassurance. If you're reading reviews because your curious about Fitlab, then your reading the right one! This place and its people crush it every time. Thanks coaches!

I joined the 6week challenge! It was honestly amazing!! Everyone is extremely nice and pleasant to work with! Changing my eating was a little hard but not too much! Extremely loved going to the classes they were a lot of fun! Enjoyed my one on ones too because it was neat learning little tricks to help strengthen my ankles or my wrists. I loved the challenge and I would recommend it to others! Can't wait to see what happens now!

I joined the 6-Week Challenge and absolutely loved the experience! The facility was almost always immaculate and the people were the best! Personal training really helped with form and getting closer to personal goals, classes were expertly taught and even with it being in groups it always felt personal, and the staff is always kind and inviting. I would highly recommenes trying this gym.

I've been a member at FITLAB Nashua for over a year now and just completed a 6-Week FT Challenge as part of the new Functional Training Program. I cannot say enough about how much I loved this program and the trainers. I have never had the opportunity to have personal training and group fitness classes like these and they were incredible. The FT community and the trainers were so supportive and encouraging despite how challenging and tough the classes were. Randy, Matt and the other trainers I worked with pushed me individually as well as the group as a whole, making sure we were being challenged while focusing on form and correct movement. Highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to change up their routine, improve their endurance/strength, or lose weight. They make sure to keep your individual fitness goals a priority while adapting to every fitness level from beginner to experienced athletes. Thank you for all you taught me about myself and what I'm capable of, for introducing me to the awesome people in the FT community and for the opportunity to work with some great trainers. Awesome experience!

Best Gym I've Ever Been To!I've been going now for about a year. I workout 3 to 4 times a week. I've been to a number of gyms through the years. This one tops them all. The layout of the equipment and rooms is ideal. My wife joined a few months ago and loves the yoga and zumba classes. She also uses the equipment and likes how there is a room set in the back for ladies only. I took a training session with Nicole and she definitely knows her stuff. There have been a few managers there since I've been a member...but Chance has been the best one. Great customer service and very easy to talk to. Glad I joined. It's been a great investment for both me and my wife.Damon

I participated in the 6 week Fit FT program and lost 9 pounds of body fat! They pick a meal plan based on your body type and goals and it was really easy to shop for and follow. The group classes are effective but not too hard so you leave feeling like you had a great work out but still want to come back the next day. I really enjoy the 5:30 pm classes lead by Nathaniel. You also get a semi private personal training class once a week. Mine were lead by Lindsay and she did a great job channeling us but keeping us motivated at the same time. Randy our accountability coach was available to answer any questions in person or through the my coach app. In my experience if you follow the program and do a minimum of 2 Fit FT classes and 1 semiprivate training class per week you WILL lose weight and get healthier. It worked so well for me I have signed up again. Also with the program you have access to the gym and all the other classes they offer, I also enjoyed the yoga class. The sauna is great too! All the other staff is super friendly, encouraging and available to answer your questions also.

When I first moved to New Hampshire I came to Fitlab and thought it was a great place to work out. As time goes on, my opinion continues to change. However, I can not say enough about the trainers, who uphold this place. They are some of the best people I know, and often take responsibilities that are not theirs. While they do offer the most equipment and some of the largest gyms, nothing is ever fixed when staff is notified. The smallest things like cutting feet on the bathroom shower, the sink fixture in the bathroom not being fixed after more than six months, and the water fountain also being broken make this gym less than awesome. It is clear that the front desk notifies upper management and nothing gets done. Between the blatant ignoring of members needs and hands off attitudes, this gym has a lot of opportunity for improvement.I edited this review to respond to the owner of this gym. He likes to ask his employees to give reviews of his own gym. From an unbiased perspective, that's not how google reviews is supposed to work. I gave a review not based on my experience working at this gym, but from my experience purely working out here. I hope that is made clear.

Went here about 4 days a week when I lived within walking distance (2-5 years ago). All-in-all, it is a good standard gym. Good amount of equipment, unless you go during peak evening hours. The couple of classes I've participated in, I've been impressed with. Never had qualms with the other people in the gym (patron or employee). The only items I've had problems with were in regards to amenities and payment. When I originally signed up, I was never informed that my contracted didn't include the racquet ball court, so I had to pay $5 per usage of it. The sauna is fairly weak and will randomly just stop working. The shower stalls are somewhat cramped (I'd hate to think what it would be like to use as a larger fellow). When I went to pay for a renewal in person, the employee processing my order appeared to be computer-challenged and kept getting my credit card rejected. But... these are all extras and oddities that I'm complaining about. They take care of the core parts of the gym.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while...My wife and I have been members for 4 years. Gym is very nice - stuff is welcoming and genuinely tries to help , equipment is clean and maintained. They also organize many community events such as food drives, member appreciation days and local fundraisers. My Trainer - Hailey is awesome and just a great human being in general. Owner is always there - it's a family local business not some big boxy chain.

Used to be a great gym but has gone way down hill! The new name and new look hasn't helped at all. Turnover for trainers and management is high so no consistency. Billing has been a nightmare and forget about trying to schedule personal training, even if you've already paid for it. Would rather spend my money on other fun workout activities at places that appreciate their clients.**Amending above review - The owner took the time to speak with me in person and listened to every complaint. He explained that they've brought in a successful district manager from another location to help fix the issues as well as a seasoned Personal Trainer to manage that side. I spoke with Dana and he was very helpful and accommodating. Chi met with me to discuss all PT and I decided to not only stay with the club but to also sign on with a new trainer. Bryan is AMAZING!! He really takes his time to ensure proper form, answer any questions I have, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and since he has trained mostly women, he knows the best exercises for the female physic. So far I am pleased with how all of my issues have been handled.
