I was hooked after the first session! Before your first class, the trainer walks you through the workout stations and demonstrates how to use the rower and treadmill and helps you get set up with your heart monitor which links up to a large flat screen in the room that helps you track your proress. The class is well organized and fun, and the trainer helps keep everyone focused on their goals. The 55-minute class is over before you know it! They have also made modifications to help make it safer to work out.

I really enjoy working out here. There are no judgements, everyone is super nice and friendly. I enjoy Coach Abby! She is awesome ❤️. Highly recommend taking the classes at OTF! You won’t regret it :-) great and all very professional staff. Super friendly and positive energy!

I have tried every workout from Bootcamps to CrossFit. I have had a ton of trainers and know what to do on my own. However the workout, motivation and encouragement is nothing like Orange Theory. The coaches are amazing - they know what they doing, they know how to always modify every exercise, they are 99.9% up beat (can't always be perfect), and they get to know everyone by there name. Orange theory is very clean and has everything you would need from shampoo/conditioner to hair ties. There is something for everyone and the variety makes the hour fly by. If you hate the rower don't worry you will be moving on soon enough. I have finally found a workout & facility I look forward to going to and am sad when I can't.Post My Review on GoogleCompleteOrangetheory FitnessImg-pbl

Very welcoming, friendly and motivating. InstructorSeems to go out of their way to learn individual names! Also no pressure to be a certain fitness level, there were people of many different fitness levels in class.

Positives: the staff and instructors at Orangetheory are great, they were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The machines are new, treadmills have bounce, and the water rowers are great. Everything was super clean.Negatives: two bathrooms for 15+ people, no locker rooms or showers. Class prices are high for what you are doing... you spend half of the class doing some basic squats or push ups combined with quick rounds of rowing, and then the other half of the class running on a treadmill. The instructor yells through her microphone telling you to "push" aka run faster, and "walk" aka: slow down, round after round after round... I found the repetitions in the class to be really tedious, I hated the treadmill part. Why would I spend almost $30 to run on a treadmill? I kind of felt like a hamster in a lab.I can see how a program like this would work for weight loss, considering it's almost all cardio.... but it's definitely not designed for strength training or really building any kind of muscle.

I have had great experiences with Orange Theory! The workouts are always challenging, no matter your level. The instructors and participants keep me motivated, and with the classes always changing, I don't hit plateaus. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout!

I was visiting Papillion from another studio and both the staff & coaches were super welcoming. As usual, the workout was fantastic!

I’m a new member, and loving every minute of it. There are people from all walks of life here, so if a place like this intimidates you it’s not a gym full of super competitive people. I can not recommend this place enough!

I’ve been a member of OTF Papio since September 2018. It has completely changed my life! The members, the staff, the workouts, and the positivity are people/things I cannot live without. Easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I highly recommend this place to anyone. No matter your shape/size/level of fitness- everyone is welcome and feels comfortable here!
