Great equipment, multiples of setups that are commonly used (multiple benches, multiple power racks, etc), non-invasive staff, 24/hr access, sauna and showers. They also have a women’s only section, and a daycare area. I did have one incident where a staff member was a little rude to me over a misunderstanding, but I know people have bad days etc and I didnt take it personally. I’ve been going here for a year and I like it a lot. Definitely recommend

The billing company they use is a nightmare to deal with. Also the ease of quitting and the ability it pause months while I was at college was misrepresented by the person signing me up.

Tried multiple times to see what the price of membership is, can’t see it online , I tried emailing as well. Pretty simple to just advertise your prices online.

Misrepresented the contract I signed, and then follow up with refusing to allow me to cancel in person, stating I needed to call an automated line. This automated line was convoluted, and did not let me cancel my membership. Very dishonestOther than that, the equipment is mediocre, and the gym is often very crowded.

10/10 I love Fitlab. I was a member for 7 years and met many great staff members and personal trainers. I highly recommend Lindsay Thompson for personal training. She is very patient and accommodating. I cancelled my membership this year because of personal finances. Surprisingly, I had no trouble cancelling with ABC Financial, the company that does the billing. I may rejoin in the future should my financial situation improve.

So-so gym.Gets pretty busy and space is limited but they make do with what they have. The no gym bag policy is dumb, so you're left carrying your stuff around with you. Could use the lockers, but I don't see the point of locking up my wallet and keys. It would be nice to be able to have a small nap sack to put my hoodie, water, wallet, keys, and phone in, but they can be pretty strict about that, which is odd because all of those items create more clutter outside of the bag.

Been a FitLab member for years, Eric has always been fair with membership options and they do invest in the club facilities, I noticed some treadmills at Nashua were just replaced. Good variety of equipment and available space. Bathrooms/locker rooms are a little tired, but the rest of the facility is nice.Only complaint: I wish they would invest in water bottle stations. The whole gym only has a single old-school water bubbler. Small update that would make a big difference.

I have always had an incredible experience working out at fitlab. Manager Eric has been so accommodating with me and my schedule being a college student having to freeze and unfreeze my account, and allowing me to come work out the day I call! This is an inclusive and friendly environment to work out in and I would recommend this gym to anyone who asks (which I do!)

The gym machines are constantly cleaned by members as well as the hired help. All machines are operating fully and cleaned after each use. The tread mill with a TV screen works well, which is good because I like to watch the news while running my little fanny off.

Over the past 40 years I’ve had many gym memberships and Fit Lab is by far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. I was a member at the Merrimack gym for a number of years but when I moved to Nashua I decided to try out a different gym. That lasted about two months. Hated it. Felt like I was at a disco instead of a gym. No one working out. I felt like they were just staring at me and judging what I was doing. Tried another gym for a while and found way too many young kids goofing around. Tried a third gym in Nashua. Was a member for about one year and only went maybe 10 or 15 times. Always crowded and could never get on any equipment. Came back to Fit Lab in Nashua and love it. Jose at the front desk is great. The members are friendly. I always feel comfortable here and actually get in a great workout.
