Anytime Fitness

The pros: This is a convenient location near the airport which is why I signed up for a membership.The cons: During staffed hours I am sure this place is fine but when I show up in the pre-dawn hours the equipment and bathrooms are often dirty. It also doesn't seem like the safest location. For example, as I was working out near the front of the gym someone banged on the glass telling me to let him in. I did not recognize the man and refused, but someone else opened the door for him, not indicating whether they knew the guy or not. I won't be going back to this particular gym because I haven't had very many good experiences here.

I don’t have experience interfacing with service. I have visited different locations in different states and this one is the cleanest where I have been. Equipment is okay, a tad limited because of the AF model. Cardio equipment is above average.

Much nicer than the pics depict....highly recommend!!! The gym towels are a nice touch that was unexpected....wish the dumbbells went to 150 instead of just a 100

Everything was neat and clean. Very nice anytime.

Have tried multiple times to cancel a membership that I did not sign up for. In the past I have always paid cash for just one month At a time.This past time Chelsy illegality signed me up for a two year agreement without my consent or signature of a contract. I clearly stated that I only wanted one month paid in cash like I have done in the past. But I am still getting letters in the mail stating my membership is past due. After contacting the facility to cancel they assured me they would cancel for me and never did.I will be reporting this facility to the BBB.

After several attempts of trying to get things privately and amicably resolved, I have decided to post here so hopefully help someone avoid the same mistakes I did. I have brought SEVERAL concerns up with this particular location including feeling uncomfortable after a few inappropriate interactions. They advised me to “try a different location if I was afraid of overcrowding” and have completely ghosted every email I’ve sent since. I live over 30 minutes away from any other anytime fitness location. I reached out to the workout anytime parent company customer service who have reached out to the owner as well and they continue to ignore my emails and are claiming that “all of my issues have been resolved.”Not only is this location’s owners unprofessional and unhelpful, the equipment consistently breaks even while in use and they are lacking several pieces of vital equipment, none of which you would know until you are allowed to see/use the gym which isn’t until after you join due to covid rules.Save yourself the headache, do not join, and find a gym that will actually appreciate your business. I made the mistake of signing a contract for a cheaper monthly cost and now I’m stuck unless I pay out the remaining 18 months of my contract.

No fans, small/cramped, feels packed if more than 5 people are there at the same time. But after 11pm it slows down and the place is pretty much yours. They also provide towels for the shower which is nice!
