Anytime Fitness

We tried to call and the number is out of order, my sister went down there to talk about a family plan and the lady was rude to her and said there isn't one where we could work out 2 at a time, it'd have to be 1 individual plan per family member and we couldn't share. The place seemed to be missing alot of equipment compared to some of the other guns we've seen around town for cheaper. Prices seem to vary depending on who you talk to So i assume some employees are trying to pocket some cash. Wouldn't recommend.

Well, I thought I would give this place a chance and management is TERRIBLE!I was assured by a manager that my membership would not be extended after my contract ended and come to find I've been being charged 4 months after. I've contacted the manger again, oh of course, no longer with, I wonder why... and this team has been rude and unwilling to work with me.

I am an over the road truck drive so I visit a lot of gyms throughout the country. This gym is extremely clean and so are the bathrooms. The staff is constantly cleaning, which is a plus, since cov-19. Added bonus I was able to park my truck and trailer behind the building

Will steal your money and charge you multiple times.

Visited a few times while in town for work. 1 squat rack, 1 smith machine, free weights, and several machines. Everything was clean including the 2 showers and bathrooms.

Decent anytime fitness. There could be more equipment and better updated equipment. It's decently clean and the showers are very nice.

I cancelled my 2 memberships 6 months ago at this location on lebanon rd Donelson. I have continued to see the membership charges out of my account each month. I have called over and over and I’ve to have them stop payment and they have not responded or reimbursed. Finally after trying to get ahold of someone at this location I called and Brandy the owner answered. I simply told her what the situation was and she was so rude and ugly to me. Yelling and acting as if she does not care about the customers but rather the money. All I wanted was what was agreed upon months prior. This gym is horrible, from the service to being overcrowded and never able to use the equipment. I would definetly go somewhere else for your money.

It's Christy, Owner of Anytime Fitness Donelson. I tried calling your cell, but couldn't get through. We have repeatedly requested that you not use our gym and restrooms as a place to sleep or as your temporary dwelling place. You have been caught sleeping and hanging out and not actually working out multiple times. We again got complaints this morning concerning your behavior. At this point we have disabled your key. It will no longer work at our facility. I'm sorry to have to terminate your membership, but we have to address the concerns of other members and we have given you multiple chances to comply with our requests of not sleeping and loitering in the facility.She totally lied. I would love to get in shape and always did workout each stop by.I deny such claims and expect a pro rata refund.We will not give a refund. We have you on camera. We also have a statement from our Janitorial crew that you were sleeping in the bathroom. $359.88 is pretty cheap for 2 months worth of shelter, water and electricity.Very expensive workout, thanks for stealing.Lying And stealing, don't waste your time or money here.

Limited on space, but well equipped. Has most everything you need. Clean.Recommend removing second lounge and replace with equipment/crossfire. Move new dumbbells toward middle, add plate stand and another power rack.
