Row House is super welcoming to all! It's a good workout no matter your fitness level. They also offer a variety of different workout classes so you can choose between rowing the whole time or a class that mixes rowing with other exercises off the rower.I have arthritis in my spine and its a great way to get in a full body workout without overtaxing my spine since its low impact on your joints. I definitely recommend trying out a class if you're at all interested.

Had so much fun at my very first Row House class, the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There is a "teamwork" mentality that is contagious and will motivate you to challenge yourself.

Row House is AMAZING. I have done many workouts and it’s by far the lowest impact on my body with the best results. Never had a six pack till I joined Row House Sylvan Park.

I absolutely feel revived after each workout. You definitely feel the whole body aching the next day which is a good sign your whole body got what it needed. It’s a team work workout in which everyone in there is rowing as a team, which I love. We are all in this together feeling. No one is better than the other because we are all there with the same purpose. To get the best workout.

Row House has been amazing for me. I've got a bad knee from running, but the exercises here don't hurt that at all, and provide an efficient, all-in-one workout. Highly recommend giving it a shot!

Today was my first class and I loved it!! The instructor was upbeat and never made me feel bad for not always keeping up! I’m definitely going to go back and take more classes!!

I love that it is a positive environment no matter the skill level or current level of physical fitness. The instructors are great and push me much harder than I would push myself alone, so I get more out of the work out and my time. I won’t lie, my brain is saying I don’t want to go, but every time I get done I feel amazing!

I tried row house for the first time on a whim. I used to be an avid orange theory- goer but dreaded the rowing block. Needless to say my expectations were low. I was instantly hooked. The classes are so motivating the crew so helpful. I’m hooked and looking forward to continuing to improve my fitness and have a great time while doing it.

Having had back surgery a few years ago and arthritis in my knee, I'm very careful with the types of exercises I do. I've been going to The Row House for two weeks (3x a week) and I can say that my back is happy - and so is the rest of me. You can make the workout as intense (or not so much) as you want. The instructors are great. They make sure your form is on point. And if technology is your thing, they have an app that tracks your sessions and progress. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

I never enjoyed working out until I started going here. The coaches push you to do your best (to get the most out of your workout) and help with technique. I look forward to every class. After just a couple classes, my lower back pain from sitting too long during work has gone away. I cannot recommend The Row House enough.
