I signed up for their gym, selecting the service that provided a session with a personal trainer. In the ensuing months that I was a member, W.A. never once reached out to set that up, despite multiple attempts on my part to do so.Eventually, when I moved from Nashville; I spoke with a W.A. representative on how to cancel my membership, I followed their steps and paid the month payment cancellation fee- which is already absurd given I had just paid a monthly fee before doing so- and thought the matter settled. Workout Anytime apparently had other ideas, did not close my account, and continued charging me. I had no clue they were doing until they sent it to collections, which is now in the process of dispute. This gym is down the road from Block Fitness, which is a wildly superior small gym with excellent trainers. Spend a little money and go to Block, this gym will provide an inferior service and then try to rip you off.

It's okay. They can't seem to be properly staffed sometimes, and their treadmills will go down or the temperature will be all over the place. Super cold or super hot. But 75% of the time, it's fine.

Least of favorites... i have been a member for past two years and been to all locations around Nashville... this location is very poorly managed.. machines are all scattered without any sence of organization... machines are dirty... not very well equiped.I had to come here because workout anytime closed their coolsprings location.....So unfortunately I am stuck with this location !!

Terrible! Have tried to cancel my membership MULTIPLE times and they keep charging me and will not refund ANY money! Unethical and such a bad company. I will never recommend them to anyone or ever join again.

My husband and I both are members and I just recently started working with Ovi as a personal trainer. I have a hard time working out and need that little boost so this has been a God send. Not only is the location in better shape these days but the staff is much more approachable and helpful in assisting members reach their goals. This place is not only affordable but you get the best bang for your buck!

Equipment is fine, place is clean. Customer service is terrible. I know they had a change in management and lots of employee turnover, but no excuse to not handle customer issues. I cancelled my membership and was charged for months after making several calls to get it fixed. Either there are issues at the top or no one at this location turns in paperwork. It’s very frustrating.

Convenient, friendly staff, excellent cardio equipment, plenty of free weights, everything I need to workout. Personal training is available. Ask for Justin. He will make sure you get your money’s worth.

Great facility to work out at that is close to home and business. The staff has always been helpful to everyone and the members are always nice. If you are not sure what to do you can always ask someone and not have to worry about feeling uncomfortable.

I did a 1-Day guest pass with a friend while we were visiting Nashville. (Business trip) Great atmosphere and great staff! Definitely coming back to this location the next time I’m back!

If you are looking for a big box gym where you have so much equipment it is overwhelming, with the latest fad toy in every corner, and the only thing you will interact with is the twenty t.v.'s in front of your treadmill- this gym is not going to fit the bill.If you want your gym to be more like the neighborhood pub- comfortable and familiar, where everything might not be brand new, but well cared for, and you have the friendly faces of the regulars to keep you company- come check this place out. When you first start at a gym I know a hesitation is that you are going to be surrounded by judging meatheads- let me assuage you fears. A few guys might look like Bruce Banner's alter ego, but they retain the friendly, mild mannered personality. They will not hesitate to help with a spot, or give friendly advice, but only when asked. The only time I have seen someone "critique a technique" unasked is when their toes were in danger of being crushed by a wayward weight. If you do want someone to help you with technique- train with Justin. He is a great trainer that sets you up with realistic goals, sessions that will push but not break you, and truly cares about not just doing the reps, but doing things right. I have worked with him for six months and have seen consistent results. I have limitations due to previous injuries, and I never feel judged when I say I can't do something, I just see the wheels turning as he figures out a different way to accommodate me.If you are looking for a gym, give this place a try - I don't think you will be disappointed.
