Love this place! Not like normal gyms, hardcore old school environment where you come to TRAIN. Not many places like this around anymore highly recommend!!

Come and gettm ugly. Sweat PUSH yourself to the max. This place is not for the weak minded. Real iron weight that brings out you inner strength. There are people here happy to help you with your exercise to reach your goal. Not a pretty gym. But gym wasn't made to be pretty. You go hard, put your all in your work and you and your results come out pretty. Youll love it. COME BY I'LL SEE YOU HERE.

Local hole in the wall gym I love it!! Not into big chain gyms this place is quiet and low key and I love spending time there. They could fix up the locker room a bit though, fix the showers.....
