Fun and hard work. We had our daughter here just for tumbling and they provided enough discipline for her to learn safely, but keep it fun. Our son still does competitive gymnastics here and while he has fun it is definitely providing the structure he needs as he grows. Excellent coaches who provide guidance and encouragement as they teach the skills
