Great gym with very nice staff! Was in the area for work and would definitely come back when I’m in town next. Would loved to get a shirt but between a day pass and shirt it would have been $65. Clean and well maintained with rare equipment!

Awesome gym, so glad I switched from InShape to here. This gym feels like an actual gym and not a high school full of yuppies. Best gym in the new haven county hands down.

Really awesome gym. All the positive reviews are spot on. Kind of an old skool vibe. This is where the serious minded train. I don’t think you will find the gym selfie TwerkTok instagarbage “influencers” here.Customer service is top notch. Honest and down to earth. Also, the boxing coach Will is a gem. This place is 5 stars all around. I will definitely be back when I’m in town.

This gym is a scam. My son is a college student and he called to cancel his account almost a year agoWas told he was all set. I checked his account a week ago and this gym has been taking money from his account for almost a year. Almost $400.He's already broke because he's in school and these crooks keep taking his money. He called they said a third party handles the memberships to call them. He wasn't told this when he originally called to cancel. Now nobody is getting back to him so now my attorney is going to get involved. Absolutely disgusting practice by this gym.

The gym is an awesome environment.The only problem I have is with Johns mouth.Every single time there's a female around he tends to run his mouth a little too much. The joking around/insulting doesn't really bother me between us guys. But he likes to try and humiliate others around women to show off and takes it too far. It gets very annoying after a while. That's my reason for giving three stars.

Lots of vintage equipment which we love including our favorite Nebula hack squat and leg press! There's quite a lot of space to move around considering the many choices for each movement. We visited on a day pass and hope to visit again soon!
