Great Gym; I was in New Orleans for a extended stay; they let me join for a short period of time. Great management and most of clients are nice and helpful.

I visited this gym for the first time with a friend's fob before joining. Although clean and in a good location relative to my home, this gym is small. Add that to the large amount of equipment in that space, things are just way too close together here. A no-join for me.

The gym itself is always kept clean. They have a variety of options for beginners and veterans alike.Unfortunately, I have yet to be in here without at least 1 person failing to wear a mask properly. I often see people wearing their masks under their chin, especially around the cardio equipment.I’ve asked management, who have always sounded receptive, to improve on their signage but I’ve yet to see it. (I actually see they’ve removed some of their masks signs they used to have)I get that that non-staffed hours can be challenging to ensure quality and safety. If you’re concerned about working out in safe environment I’d recommend a different location for nowEdit 5/6/2021 - I’ve been coming back here after being vaccinated and wanted to give an updated review. They have added new equipment and the gym continues to be supplied well with cleaning products.The staff is always friendly and they’ve added better mask signage!A large majority patrons know to keep their mask on properly while exercising. There are always a few that continue to be willfully ignorant but by and large the community that visits here is respectful.Added plus is that it doesn’t smell musty like some of the other Anytimes!

Rivergarden Anytime fitness has very poor customer service from both staff and owner. Gym is extremely small. They are out of wipes and spray for equipment quite frequently. Would really going to another Anytime or one of the other fitness places on the area.

Best Anytime Fitness location in the city. It's on the smaller side, but it has all the equipment you need for a workout. I've been going to this location regularly for about 2 years and I've never seen more than 6-8 people in there at a time, it's usually 3-4 max. It's also really clean and the members are pretty chill.I'd highly recommend this location ESPECIALLY in relation to the Freret location which is older, smelled, more crowded, and the owner/manager is rude and scammy.
