Anytime is clean and offers variety and is rarely too crowded. Great trainers. Offers a Shower, parking, cubbies, & bananas!

Clean gym and everyone seems to clean up after themselves on the equipment which is unfortunately uncommon! The equipment is nice and in good shape and the staff is friendly and sweet, I forgot my water bottle and the vending machine wasn’t accepting apple pay (it normally does, there was just a glitch) and the employee got me a water himself which was very kind. Great place, I recommend it to everyone looking for a place to workout!

Great neighborhood gym with all the basic equipment you need and very friendly staff that got me signed up quickly and painlessly.Very secure building that requires an electronic key fob to get in.Members have access 24/7 but it is staffed during business hours.Best neighborhood gym I've seen.

I’ve never had such a hard time trying to join a gym. Even during staffing hour, no one answers the door nor phone. They say you can join online yet, they don’t inform you on how to obtain the key fob that allows for you to enter the gym. I’ve left a message and no one returned my phone call. I am afraid to sign up online because I may not ever be able to enjoy the services that I would be paying for.Edit: I was able to talk with some members who checked the front office and no-one was there during the staffing hours. So, how do I join AND obtain a key card to access me entry if no one is in the office? Smh

Good facility.Clean, good equipment, lots of different machines. Fresh fruit bowl daily. Special classes offered and simply a clean well kept up fitness center. Cost covered by my healt plan is also a plus. Have not had problems with over crowding and have always been able to use the equipment that I wanted. Never a bad experience. And they are always open.

Good basic gym -- very clean and spacious. Busy from 4-7pm & may require a wait for machines, but otherwise not crowded. TV channels very limited on TVs would be my only complaint -- maybe only 4 or so worth watching unless you're really into sports.

Best gym in the area! Helpful staff, great modern equipment. I left my previous gym due to lack of safety equipment on the rack. This gym has two!

A little out of the way but clean and has all the equipment I need. Never had any issues with broken machines. Everything seems pretty well maintained. Never used tanning bed but there is one. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms/Showers always usable and clean when I go.

Very cool gym, super convenient, even has a punching bag and a studio with a large projection screen. I noticed other reviews complaining about the free week policy; it says so in the email that you have to be a local resident. As a resident I definitely don't want a bunch of tourists coming in using up the equipment and never showing up again. Some seriously dumb, stubborn people out there.

Very clean and great little gym.It might be hard to notice as the sign is kind of small and the entrance is tucked away on the side of the building.I recommend this gym to all my friends whom are looking...Now if only could find the discipline to go more often.
