You can’t dream this place up. It’s absolutely perfect and the great folks who run it make sure of that. Get in. Take care of your business. Get out. A true no frills gym just like you always wanted. I wish I could duplicate this atmosphere across the country.

This gym is a place of release. It’s egalitarian. Everyone pushes everyone. I’ve met awesome individuals training there. When I need to talk to God that’s the church I go to.

This is my go to gym when I'm in New Orleans. Nothing but Old School free weights. And that's the way it SHOULD be! Powerlifting. Bodybuilding. Power Building . Heaven for lifters.
