I loved hot yoga but the class availability, length of time (1-1.5 hrs) and the cost didn't seem to fit. Welcome HOTWORX Uptown - infrared hot saunas, 15-45 minute workouts available 24/7 and cost per month is soooo inexpensive! So I signed up for HOTWORX as a founding member back in November. My dreams have come true and the results are showing! I was recently asked what changed in my life because I was glowing! My answer - HOTWORX! I feel better, have more energy, less joint pain, show up consistently (3-4 times a week) and have even gotten 4 friends to join me (hello 3 months free membership). If you are a busy person like me and have a schedule that frequently changes - you need to come check it out.
